Kens Academy respects our customers' right to privacy online. We hold your detailed client information in confidence.
We understand and appreciate that as a visitor to the Kens Academy website you are concerned about your privacy and about the confidentiality and security of information you may give us online.
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Any personal information we gather from our customers is used strictly to provide our services. Kens Academy guarantees not to sell, rent or give away customer's personal information to other companies.
We can help with exam preparation, provide advice on assignments as well as support you with general study for pre-HSC and University-level subjects that span Finance, Economics, Statistics, English, History and Literature.
We do not do assignments for students or sit exams on their behalf. This is unethical and against the Academic Code of Conduct.
We take a deposit that is equivalent to a 1-hour session in order to reserve that block of time for you for face-to-face sessions.
Part of the payment process requires you to authorise us to charge the remaining balance to your card upon delivery of the session.
Online sessions must be paid fully in advance.
To maximise the safety of our students and staff due to COVID19 all lessons will be conducted online via Zoom.
Of course, as long as you give us notice at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. As there are opportunity costs associated with a last minute cancellation, we reserve the right to retain your deposit if cancellations or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the confirmed session time.
Our services are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You can find your rights here
We give academic advice that is designed to help you solve the problem in the best way. Remember, as the student you are ultimately responsible for checking and verifying and asking questions about your submission or assessments
This is usually okay, as long as there isn't another student following your booking. Please chat to your academic instructor about this. If you think this may be the case, it's best to let us know in advance so we can find the best possible time for you
