HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

We take a deposit that is equivalent to a 1-hour session in order to reserve that block of time for you for face-to-face sessions.  Part of the payment process requires you to authorise us to charge the remaining balance to your card upon delivery of the session.  Online sessions must be paid fully in advance.

Our Face-to-face university tutoring sessions are usually held at the State Library of Queensland, South Brisbane as it is an excellent environment to study.  

Online sessions will be conducted via Zoom.

Of course, as long as you give us notice at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.  As there are opportunity costs associated with a last minute cancellation, we reserve the right to retain your deposit if cancellations or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the confirmed session time.
